Hard Tube adapters and Line

Powerflow stock a range of Aluminium tubing and adapters for long fluid transfer runs or applications where flexibility is not a requirement.

Why use or replace Hard Tube or line? Hard Tube or line is generally found on the underside of a standard vehicle to transfer fuel from the fuel tank at the rear of the vehicle to the engine bay at the front of the vehicle. When upgrades to the fuel system are done at either end of the system to cater for high performance applications, it is important to ensure good flow through correct hard line size is achieved in order for the system to work correctly and not to place potentially damaging strain on fuel pumps etc.

Hard tubing is available from Powerflow in 10 foot rolls in 3 different sizes. Our Aluminium Hard tube allows for tighter bend radiuses and is a light weight and cheap, low maintenance option.

Care should be taken to adequately support and protect hard line runs. Ideally hose and tube runs should be secured at about 450mm intervals.
