AN/JIC Plugs and Caps

Performance AN/JIC flare caps are suitable for permanently or temporarily blocking off any male or female AN/JIC fitting or simply as a dust cap. AN/JIC Flare caps are excellent for use during disassembly of an EFI, fuel, oil or water system to prevent leakage and contamination of expensive fluids. O-ring plugs are also available in internal and external hex drive to neatly seal any female threads in components such as dry sumps, fuel pumps, regulators and ‘Y’ blocks etc.

Our anodised AN/JIC flare caps are CNC machined from 6061T6 Aluminium and are Australian Made to the SAEJ514 standard.

Performance AN/JIC fittings use a UNF thread although are measured in dash sizes. All threads are checked using high quality German thread gauges offering better thread engagement under high stress applications and giving you a confident seal every time.
